Christopher W. Fossmo has been an active performer, clinician, and music educator in Utah and Southern California for the past 10 years.

Following a five year tour in the United States Navy from 1993-1998, Mr. Fossmo earned the Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the University of Utah School of Music specializing in Clarinet Performance and Music Education at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Mr. Fossmo’s primary teachers include Kathy Pope, Morris Rosenzweig, Reed Thomas, and Shannon B. Roberts. Mr. Fossmo is formerly the Principal Clarinetist and Senior Drum Major of the 23^rd AG Army Band of the Utah National Guard.

Performance appearances include dates with the Utah Symphony Orchestra, The U.S. Army Field Band, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. As a strong advocate of contemporary music, Mr. Fossmo has presented performances of works by Milton Babbitt, Ned Rorem, Mario Davidovsky, Joan Tower, Pauline Oliveros, and Luciano Berio. Professional memberships include the International Clarinet Association, The Southern California Band and Orchestra Association, and the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States. Mr. Fossmo is currently the Director of Bands at Lakeside High School in Lake Elsinore, CA and Principal Clarinet of the 40^th Infantry Division Band of the California National Guard in Los Alamitos, CA.

Elaine Weber has been working with the Lancer Regiment Color Guard since 2007. 

She has been coaching both color guard & gymnastics off & on since 1990.  Originally from the small town of Antioch, IL, she started coaching gymanstics at The Gymnastics Factory while going to college.  She graduated from the College of Lake County in 1992 with an AA & the University of Wisconsin in 1996 with a BA in Music Performance.  She coached the award winning Antioch Community High School Color Guard for 3 years before moving to California at the end of 1997. 

Once in California,  she started coaching both recreactional & competitive gymnastics for the South Bay YMCA.  After moving to Lake Elsinore in 2000, Elaine got involved in color guard once again by coaching short & tall flags for the California Youth Spirit Corps for 2 years.  She also started coaching (& continues to do so) gymanstics at the Southern California Gymnastics Academy (SCEGA).
